| Yes, a 10% discount for any 5 or more item purchased in one transaction |
| What license will I obtain for the CD / Box sets? |
| Please refer to each product for its own licensing policy by the vendor. |
| Can I re-distribute the 3d models and products purchased from 3d02? |
| No. Products, 3d models and any items purchased from 3d02 cannot be re-distributed unless permission is granted from us. |
| What if I have a problem with a purchased asset? |

| Will my credit card details be kept for further use? |
| No credit card details will be kept with us for further use, therefore existing users have to key in their credit
card details again when purchasing new items. All credit card details will be processed through Bank of Asia,
a well known and reliable Banking corporation in Asia. |
| What type of credit card will 3d02 accept? |
| 3d02 accepts VISA and MasterCard. |
| I have purchased a model but I need another format of it, would you help me to convert it to other formats? |
| You may send a message to us for such request. But please ensure
that before purchasing, the model that you selected is in the correct format, as 3d02 do not guarantee the availability of the
models in every format. |
| I would like to buy a 3d model but I need that in another format, can you convert it for me? |

| Can I get a CD sent to me with my purchases on 3d models? |
| Yes, for large volume of purchase. 3d02
can record the 3d models onto a CDR media and have it delivered to
